Plasticut is the Tecnoguarnizioni group's brand that specializes in manufacturing parts based on the customer's design, using any semi-finished technoplastic.
We use pantograph, CNC, waterjet and laser cutting, lathing and milling, hot gluing and bending machine technologies.
We can therefore supply completely finished articles, that can also include the following mechanical processing:
- flaring
- counterboring
- threading
- leveling and grinding to thicknesses
- slanted cuts
- toothing
- boring
- etc.
On materials such as methacrylate and polycarbonate, we can also perform hot bending (up to a thickness of 12 mm) and cold bending (up to a thickness of 8 mm), in addition to UV gluing.
